      This is Unbridled Beauty, Beauty, she belongs to our pony friend Suzanne. Beauty was 2001 turn back. Turn backs are ponies that are auctioned off and bought by the public, but they are returned back to the island to live out their lives. Suzanne and Kelly (photographer) were lucky enough to encounter Beauty on one of their walks on the island. She certainly looks wild doesn't she!

     "When the North herd was brought down to the Southern corral, Beauty came down in the back of a pickup truck. For a long time that Monday, Beauty's mother 'Love Affaire' was nursing two foals. The pony association thought they had a set of twins. Finally the other foal went back to its real mother." -As remembered by Suzanne-

   Will Suzanne be a grandmother this spring??? Only time will tell!
